"I signed up for this program because I wanted to learn how to write a policy memo. Empolitics Policy Program went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did I successfully write my own policy memo, I got to work with a great group of girls who are also passionate about making change in their community, I learned more about the diverse array of topics they were interested in, I was able to practice public speaking in a welcoming and encouraging environment, and I now feel empowered and prepared to make change in my community."
